The understanding of the China and other countries of West improved after 1978. The cultural differences include self-conception, structure of society (Oberholzer-Gee, et al., 2019), maintain scheduling of time, consciousness of time, consideration and respect for others, tasks-oriented harmony and friendship, and respect for rules and processes that are written.
Firstly, the Chinese culture is collective, while the culture in Sweden is individualist.
