Stakeholder Assignment Exploring The Project Management Tools
Question
Task: This assignment involves preparing a reflective report on your learning development and preparation of continuous improvement portfolio of assembled work and reflections.
Answer
1. Introduction
The present project illustrated in the stakeholder assignment has been aligned with the crucial aspects of project management tools. The project has been planned for exporting 18 identified fields into “data warehouse and apply a third-party Business Intelligence Reporting package which will allow end-users to self-develop their own reports”. The following sections provided within this stakeholder assignment will highlight the contributions of the stakeholders along with a stakeholder matrix and stakeholder map. Along with that, the utilization of agile methodology in the project would also be discussed in the present stakeholder assignment.

2.3 Brief Analysis
The stakeholders are considered to be the most efficient aspects of a project who are responsible for aligning the project with success (Abdollahi, Hosseini & Alimohammadzadeh, 2019). The present study developed herein stakeholder assignment would involve the development of data warehouse which would enable the facility of providing best services to the project.
Sun Wang: He is responsible for managing all the work that are aligned to the IT department of the project for serving the security purpose. His impact as well as influence is high in terms of managing the project work. He has been identified to be the most efficient responsible person who will be informed regarding every single detail of the project. It is evident that maintenance of the security would require high quality of authentication which would be provided by the network security manager. The system would be aligned with a strong password so that any intruder cannot enter the server.
Sam Habble: he would be responsible for managing all the activities of the project as he is in-charge of IT department, on which the entire project is depending. He has been identified to be the IT architect of the particular project so that he would deal with the IT related activities.
Misty Azzopardi: he would be responsible for making a minimal contact with the project team for leading the business aligned with required consultancies. It is evident in the context of stakeholder assignment that a project needs to be consulted with a lead business consultant for having a brief understanding regarding the business.
Chea Zhang: he is responsible for providing approval regarding the testing process of the crucial aspect factors of the particular project of exporting 18 identified fields into a data warehouse.

3.2 Brief Analysis
It has been identified within this stakeholder assignment that Sun Wang is the most efficient and responsible person for managing all the activities of the project which would allow the project to be aligned with success. His influence as well as impact is high on the project work as he is in-charge of security sector of the project. Success of an IT project depends on the provided security from the end of the project authority. Hence, it can be said that Sun Wang would be responsible for providing a proper and strong password for the server that any intruder cannot be eligible of entering the server.
Influence of Sam Habble is low while his power is high. Since, he is the IT architect of this project; he would be responsible for managing all the IT related activities of the project.
Chea Zhang is the senior test manager of the project explored within this stakeholder assignment whose influence as well as power is low in terms of managing the project aspects. His responsibility is to check whether the testing ability of the project is efficient or not.
Influence of Misty Azzopardi is high while his power is low. He is the lead business consultant of the particular project. His responsibility is to consult with the business leads for defining the present condition of the project and align it with success. The contribution of this stakeholder does not affect the project tasks that much so that the power of this stakeholder is low.

6. Importance of Agile Methodology
Agile methodology illustrated in this segment of stakeholder assignment is helpful for developing the spirit based operations for the project and it has cyclic working development (van Niekerk & Getz, 2019). The project of Data Warehousing Project would include the construction of the data warehouse for the company. The analysis would allow the determination of the 4 sprints for the project. The analysis done within this stakeholder assignment would include the construction of the data warehouse and middleware servers. The agile methodology includes the specific cycling sprint works that can be cycled with the evaluation of the specific sprints for the project (Eskerod & Jepsen, 2016). The 3 sprints have been named Sprint 1, Sprint 2, and Sprint 3. Each of the sprint would include the following activities,
User Stories: The first activity of the sprint is to develop some user stories. The user stories are a pictorial description of the activities and functions of the system defined for creating the main system (Cuppen, 2016). It helps in forming the specific alignment of the operations that can be managed with the specific influence of work development (Srivastava, Bhardwaj & Saraswat, 2017).
Requirement Definition: In this section of stakeholder assignment, the requirements of the system development would be defined. Some functional and non-functional requirements would be evaluated in this section as the process of sprint goes on. The definition of the requirements can assist in the collection of the resources effectively for the project. Some of the requirements of the data warehousing project are protection, detection, and reaction.
Construct: The phase is marked with the main construction of the middleware servers for the data warehousing project (Patwardhan et al., 2016). It is common that the implication of the construct phase would include the conceptual alignment of agile works. The step by step work execution would be done in this phase.
Test and Release: The final stage where the developed middleware would be checked for performance outcomes. The testing of the warehouse middleware would be done before the actual data warehouse can be released. The analysis would be marked with the evaluation of the final outcomes of the system.
7. Conclusion
Hence, it can be concluded that the overall analysis done on this stakeholder assignment that the project dealt with the development of the data warehouse would enable the facility of aligning the project with success. Stakeholder analysis matrix has been provided for ensuring the duties and their significances of different stakeholders in this project. Sun Wang, who was the security manager of the network had been identified to be the most effective and efficient stakeholder of this project as he had been provided the responsibility of protecting the entire website from being hacked by any intruder. Agile methodology had been adapted for aligning the project with success.
