They were searching for the exact skills that I possess. As a result, I consider this as my opportunity to explore the areas of expertise and implement the same for enhancing organisational productivity and growth. Functioning in an automotive industry requires me to understand the different methods that are used for enhancing the process of manufacturing cars in the market. I should have knowledge about the different usage of advanced technologies in the workplace that helps to enhance the quality of production for the betterment of the consumers. The managerial profession requires the individual to focus on enhancing the quality of services that are being offered to the consumers in the market. It is illustrated in this segment of skill development assignment that this can be considered important for the overall growth and development of the organisation whilst enhancing the career growth of the individual at the same time (Kennan, 2016). After analysing numerous job advertisements from different websites and other sources, I decided to attend an interview at Tesla Motors. This company manufactures luxury cars for suiting the demands of their consumers. I felt that I would be able to make good use my skills and provide an enhanced customer experience to the consumers. Therefore, it can be stated herein skill development assignment that I should be using my skills to the best of my abilities to ensure that the results of the business are produced in the right manner. I should enhance my knowledge and understanding of the different technologies that will assist me in understanding the functioning of the automotive company so that I can address my responsibilities accordingly.
