Undertaking a reflection assignmenton my experience of working as a consultant and making the presentation have helped me to gain insight about my own strengths and weaknesses.I was able to identify the persisting issues of rising competition and restarting after pandemic in the company. I also gained knowledge about how change is important in every organization and further came across Lewin’s change model in the reflection assignment (Beliasand Koustelios, 2014). I feel that firms are required to undergo change for handling various issues in the external environment.

Critical Analysis in the reflection assignment
As a business student, I was able to use my theoretical knowledge for understanding the case study related to Qantas Airways Limited in the reflection assignment. In this regard, I could use my critical thinking and analytical skills for analysing the case in the reflection assignmentthat further enabled me to identify the firm’s issues. I also got the chance of improving my communication skills by showcasing the presentation on the case study. However, here in this reflection assignment, I also came to realize that I need to improve my confidence for enhancing my public speaking skills. I also need to work on my listening skills for addressing questions from the audience while giving a presentation. In addition, both time management and stress management skills should be developed for enabling me to handle multiple reflection assignmenttasks in a systematic manner.

Learning
Listening ability, time management, self-confidence and stress management are key skills that will be beneficial for me in my future professional practice. I will focus on improving each of these skills for ensuring both personal and professional development. In this regard, I will practice on demonstrating presentations on reflection assignmentbefore my peers or friends to enhance my self-confidence and public speaking abilities (Anthonyand Garner, 2016). I will also focus on prioritizing tasks based on their urgency for managing time and avoid being stress. In addition, these skills mentioned in the reflection assignmentwill enable me to perform better professionally in the future company that I will work.
