Analysis of relationship between overruns and the stakeholders
The identified issues of the Samsung Note 7 were manufacturing defects in corner of battery, wrong location of the tip of negative electrode, high wielding burrs on the phone, and lack of insulation tape (Lai, 2018). These were the main reasons behind the failure of the Samsung Note 7 and the company called off all the sets back from the market.
