Introduction
Decision making is an important aspect in all sectors and holds special importance in case of emergency services. This medical assignment has chosen healthcare as it is an emergency service sectors and aims to analyze the concept of decision-making under pressure in this context. In this medical assignment will majorly discuss the decision that has been taken by a medical professional and also the management people related to medical background under pressure.
Problem statement
Stressful condition affects the judgment of people who are associated with emergency duties. Medical staffs and people do not have the time to judge their decision that has been made under pressure. According to Jain et al. (2014), a decision that has been taken by medical professionals under pressure has been found to create risk for the patients. As opined by Macquet & Lacouchie (2015), lack a propoer analysis of the situation and thus many times they might not be accurate. Information which is considered to be an essential component in decision making process is found to be unused in these stressful situations. Many a times the lack of information is found to be the most important factor to make a proper decision. As stated by Behrend, Dehais & Koechlin (2017), the decisions made by the medical professionals have a long term impact on the care users. Thus making those decisions in a hurry or a under pressure may cat negatively on them. This medical assignment aims at identifying the methods that are genuine analyse the methods and they made an experiment with an imitation model.

The aim of this medical assignment is to analyse the process of decision making under pressure situations in emergency services like healthcare.

Methodology
In order to carry out this medical assignment primary qualitative methodology will be used in this research. As stated by Smith (2014), in a healthcare organization, management personnel and medical professionals have the responsibility of taking urgent decisions in pressure situations. These decisions are often influenced by personal competencies as well as the surrounding environment (as influenced by Qi, Liang & Zhang, 2015). Hence, this research will carry out a face-to-face interview with 2 management personnel in healthcare organizations and 2 medical professionals. The research will follow a non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling methods for choosing the interviewees. As opined by Atsan (2016), this technique is based on the researcher's own precision criteria and helps in choosing samples that hold in-depth information about the research topic.
Data collection method
Secondary data will be collected from different journals, books, online articles by using keywords like ‘decision-making, ‘medical emergencies, ‘pressure situation in healthcare’. According to Mäntylä et al. (2017), undertaking a wide range of secondary research helps an individual to delve deep into the research problem and identify potential solutions for the same. Secondary data will also be gathered from different and authentic databases like ‘Sciencedirect', ‘PubMed' and ‘Google Scholar' in the last four years. Additional data will be taken by manually searching the keywords from books, articles, and journals.
Conclusion
This medical assignment will probably capitulate information in detailing of the methods and techniques used for making decision under pressure condition. This research will also help in understanding the level to which techniques can be used in making decision under pressure. Reviewing the current methods and techniques of decision making under pressure will help in understanding the operational framework and also helps in identifying the most suitable methods among them. Through analyzing the collected responses from the doctors and the management professionals of the medical ground it will be easier to know of the problems and also the benefits that a medical sector receives by utilizing the methods and techniques.
