In this particular HRM assignment, the researcher has made a research proposal on how an NGO mitigates the problem of wage theft. By doing this research proposal, there are some issues identified which are discussed in this entire progress report.

Summary of progress
The entire research is regarding wage theft which is considered an important and well-established issue in Nigeria. The outcomes for lower-paying employees can be both macro and micro as low confidence of employees and absence of workers' trust and loyalty. Thus, the purpose of the business project is to make an NGO in the place of Lagos, Nigeria via the website and social media to label these requirements. This specific business proposal is approached by a literature review regarding the concept of wage theft, implementation of websites and social media and technology acceptance model. In the point of the concept of wage theft, the researcher has tried to discuss wage theft as much as possible with help of other resources. The topic is about making a virtual NGO with the help of social media and websites. In that case, the research has discussed almost everything regarding the application of websites and social media. The research has discussed the importance of the social media platforms where effective learning and training with the contexts media savvy and technology elaborated. Concerning this particular topic, the researcher has discussed the significance of the technology acceptance model. Researchers used this particular theory because it helped to recognise the steps of exterior variables, discerned usefulness and recognised usage. The researcher has done apart from the literature review are primary research, situation analysis, business project goal, desegregated marketing communication plan.

In the stage of primary research, the researcher used QOL, PEST analysis and root cause analysis etc. As stated by Haag et al. (2017), organisations of any country must check their employees' health-related quality of life by understanding oral conditions. In this research proposal, the researcher provides a proper figure regarding constant improvements for training structures by the NGO. In this figure, the researcher has discussed the Nigerian NGO that grab the responsibilities for decreasing wage theft. By mitigating this particular problem, the researcher pointed out some points to the NGO such as employee requirements, the satisfaction of employers. The researcher has proposed to mitigate this problem by handling resource administration, proper training and calculating works by the NGO. The researcher has analysed Nigerian overall political, economic, social and technological conditions with the help of PEST analysis. The researcher has done his or her analysis with the help of root cause analysis. As stated by Driesen et al. (2018), this particular analysis, stays at the extremity department which is generally reasoned by organisational elements outside the stimulation of the emergency department. Using RCA, the researcher has shown how the data collected, causal factor charting, root cause recognitions and recommendations. The researcher has analysed the whole research by using situation analysis. In the situation analysis, the researcher identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the NGO to mitigate wage theft. After that, the researcher used RBV theory and VRIO analysis. With the help of these analyses, the researcher would understand the competitive advantages and their future improvements. The researcher elaborated on both economical and non-economic goals regarding the NGO. The researcher has completely described a desegregated marketing communication plan including strategies and evaluation metrics. At the end of the research proposal, the researcher has discussed the entire strategy which will be effective for the NGO to disclose their training sessions to the business individuals and higher authorities also.

Information about issues
There is a very minimal progress with this business project proposal would be the evolvement of a website to help access to some details. In addition to this, these particular proposals being discharge to some prospective companies for throwing for training chances for top managerial staff. The topic of the business research proposal is about to developing a website and social media for NGO in Lagos State, Nigeria. A very depth research has been required for website making and maintain and also social media development. In this research proposal, researcher only gave his or her concentration on primary research but for more accuracy the researcher could apply the secondary research also. With the help of secondary research, the researcher could get many ideas from books, journals, PDFs and many more sources.

Overall research has been done about the topic of wage theft. The researcher has provided as much information or resources about the literature. But still, there is an identified literature gap that the researcher has not mentioned. The resources from the literature review are maximally used about the sources of wage theft generally. Those sources are not specialised in the topic of Nigerian wage theft. In this research proposal, the more organisational human resources-based theory could be used for a better understanding of this particular topic. Some human resource theories like the theory of organisational life cycle, strategic contingency, general system theory and transaction cost theory. In this particular business proposal, the researcher could recognise more challenges that would be created from lack of trust from the workers and they get bullied by the companies. The researcher did not discuss this issue properly. This particular research proposal learning could be way more appropriate. The researcher could elaborate the entire PESTLE analysis of Nigeria which would help more depth to understand the conditions of Nigeria. As opined by Perera (2017), the PESTLE analysis helps to understand any country’s environmental situation.The researcher could discuss the significance of the registration of NGOs because seeing the registration, the organizations can easily rely on them. Because NGO can show their training abilities with the help of registration authentication.

For the QOL, the researcher could provide more points of improvement for training processes that the NGO could use. In the SWOT analysis of the NGO, the researcher could give more points regarding their strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. In the RBV theory, the researcher needed to show more resource-based ideas to the NGO for expanding their business online. The researcher needed to show more competitive advantages to the NGO to strengthen their position in the market. There is an issue with the marketing communication plan is a lack of more marketing strategies and evaluation metrics. The researcher is required to add more marketing plans for the NGO. The entire research proposal would be way more approach if the researcher resolve the key changes and mitigate the challenges. The researcher could discuss about research aims, objectives, topic background and rationale to understand more preciously than before.

Conclusion
A business project in human resource management incorporates the methods that arrange, handle and guide the team of projects. A progress report is considered a report in which a researcher can update details regarding a project. This entire progress report is analysed about the whole summary of the research proposal. From this research proposal, there have been some issues identified which are also discussed above. In this progress report, the researcher is also provided with an updated schedule for demonstrating the progress towards the accomplishment of the project.
