In this health care assignment you need to create a playlist to promote your own personal health – either physical or mental health. To do this, you will carefully choose music that suits the purpose of the playlist and draw on concepts and theory covered in lectures to strategically organize the order of songs. Actively listen to the music you choose for your playlist to test that it meets your intended purpose. Although you should choose either physical or mental health, you are welcome to draw on any literature from the different weeks of the semester that is relevant to explain the health benefits for you.

The main concern of this health care assignment is to let people know that they need to maintain their physical and mental health regularly for avoiding any chronic diseases or other negative impacts on life. Few people can resolve their mental fitness by seeking help from professionals or trying to live a healthy life. But, a large number of people are regularly practicing having a good health regime by listening to various cheerful songs. The current assessment is a task to promote physical healthcare by crafting a personalized playlist that will encourage a person to deal with their regular anxiety and various activities. It is difficult for someone to select a particular song that can encourage them in taking care of their physical health.
The purpose of creating a diverse and cheerful playlist is to promote the ideal presentation of a happy or energetic song that can lift someone's mood to a higher level. The studies have been identified that music can boost physical stimulation, enhance the exercise process, improve memory, and increase the performance ability of a person. The beats and melodies in a song make a specific pattern that triggers our brain to get relaxed or free from the daily turmoil. On the other hand, music can make a significant impact on our emotions. Every song defines various moods that help in combatting our physical health. Such as, Yoga defines calm and soothing songs, while gym songs are energetic fast-pacing, and full of beats.
In the medical world, a cochlear implant (CI) in stimulating the auditory nerve in a human body can generate improvement with the support of music (Dritsakis et al., 2017). The importance of music in CI transplant acts as a parameter in assessing an individual's health improvement (Dritsakis et al., 2017). However, in real life, energetic music helps in fighting against the low feeling of a person considering their personal or physical consequences. In the current assessment, the method of choosing particular songs are related to the depth and rhythm that can lift a person’s feeling.
The selected songs are mostly fast-pacing and from the pop or rock genre. These kinds of songs are more suitable for a daily workout in maintaining physical health. The beneficial aspects are related to,
- Encouraging the mind to do more exercise and go with the workout flow without feeling bored
- Hooked an individual with a particular song that will influence the motivational aspect of a person's mind
- Sharpens the memory and make room for creative thoughts on life or work
- One can pass their time on music, such as during heavy workout session, or running alone, or even during the daily walk
- Music always lightens the mood and helps in reducing depression and anxiety; it will further help in maintaining the physical healthcare routine when one can control their mental pressure
- Listening to music during a workout session makes individual conduct their exercise more effectively
- Music directly makes an impact on the human brain that generates a certain type of behavior that can encourage one to work on their physical or even mental healthcare

Listening to songs helps in both mental and physical health. The benefits of motivational songs are people who are sick will feel courageous. Motivational songs distract people from boring tasks. People can make tough things easy as tough things seemed to be easier when listening to any happy or motivational song. A motivational song lifts up people's mood and also inspires to take any positive actions. More importantly, motivational songs deal with stress. Doctor's suggest people listen to good motivational songs as it lowers the stress and makes a sick person feel happy and energetic.
Sometimes people have to do works which is very tough or the person feels nervous and less confident about doing the work. In that case, a motivational song will help in inspiring and the person will feel courageous. The song “Don’t Let Me Down” will help to inspire people to do any work with confidence. Some songs help in distracting people's minds from doing boring works. Listening to good music makes boring works easier and without knowing one can finish off the work while listening to a rocking motivational song. The song "Don't Stop Music" is an example of a rocking motivational song that helps to work fast and finish boring works faster.
Sometimes people started to think that there is no goal in life or there is no way to achieve the goal. In those cases, motivational songs will help to grow their self-esteem and help people work according to their goals and achieve them. The most important point of a motivational song is, it always helps to recover stressed people and make them inspirational. Sometimes life becomes challenging from which people cannot come out. Those people should listen to songs with good words and slow beats to recover them as a fresh person and start a new morning.
