Dear Aiden,
I hope you are well while reading my email. We appreciate your interest in expanding our electrical upgrading project at the Canadian National Exhibition (CANADIAN NATIONAL EXHIBITION) and your communication. It's always a joy to collaborate with you and support the CANADIAN NATIONAL EXHIBITION.
After carefully reviewing your request, I have concluded we are unable to include the Northern Comfort Saloon and CANADIAN NATIONAL EXHIBITION Bandshell stages in the electrical update. The advantages and possible income boost that these renovations might offer the CANADIAN NATIONAL EXHIBITION, are discussed below.
First off, we have numerous other projects for our clients committed to, and our schedule is now completely occupied for the early spring timeframe. This, however, limits our capacity to accept further business during that period. Additionally, we have already ordered some of the essential items, some of which are now in development. With the additional stages, it would be difficult for us to reach the June 1st opening weekend date due to the lead times needed for manufacture and delivery. Finally, we only have one crew that can manage a job this scale and complexity. The electrical modifications for the Northern Comfort Saloon and CANADIAN NATIONAL EXHIBITION Bandshell stages cannot be finished without more employees, thus we are unable to assign them.
I understand how crucial these enhancements are to the CANADIAN NATIONAL EXHIBITION's success, and suggest a different approach that gives the Mid Way stage priority as originally intended, ensuring that it is finished by the set timeframe. We may then talk about whether to include the electrical improvements for the additional stages in the project plan for the next year once this year's CANADIAN NATIONAL EXHIBITION is finished. This will give us plenty of time to dedicate the required resources and provide top-notch outcomes.
Thank you for your cooperation and feel free to get in touch with me if you have any further clarifications.
Thank you for your continued support.
Best regards,
Oliver
