From there, you explore your beliefs, values, and attitudes that underpin these thoughts and feelings. Lastly, as you study the subject, identify one or two salient points, concepts, or theories that you can relate to your situation and discuss your insights.
It is important to realise that while you are writing your reflection, the story of the incident or event is not the focus. Rather you should focus on the insights you gained from re-examining and documenting your reactions and connecting the salient points, concepts or theories to real-life situations. For this assignment, you will prepare a reflective essay outlining the learning process and experience with entrepreneurship.

Introductionto the context of entrepreneurship assignment
In recent years, individuals across the world are wanting to leverage their skills and abilities to start their own venture and this is known as entrepreneurship. Interest in entrepreneurship is more common among students of business schools (Venkataraman, 2019). Currently, entrepreneurship is an important topic because it helps in increasing employment and also helps in economic growth. The aim of this report is to reflect upon my learnings on entrepreneurship and how these learning sessions have an impact on my attitudes, beliefs and values.

Experience
In my opinion, the course material has helped me to think differently about various concepts of entrepreneurship. I had pre-conceived notions about entrepreneurship but these learning sessions have given me a new perspective on various concepts of entrepreneurship. I was not aware of the struggles that entrepreneurs encounter while setting a business in the industry. This learning session emphasized on module learning. Process of learning is important because it is marked as origin of knowledge within any organization (Gil & Carrillo, 2016). An individual can become knowledgeable if they constantly quest for knowledge. While questing for knowledge, I have got detailed information about various forms of entrepreneurship and how leadership is closely associated with entrepreneurship. On the other hand, there were various entrepreneurial theories in the learning sessions. These theories often confused me because I was not provided with real-life examples. This can be identified as one of the major challenges that has been faced by me during the learning session. Since, I have experienced a sense of interest during the process of learning therefore, I started to read stories about entrepreneurs who have succeeded in the global market. This helped me to overcome the challenge as I could related my learning with these stories.

Knowledge and skills
Developing skills and gathering knowledge are two important goals of learning. Knowledge on business and innovation can be marked as one of the necessary predictors for entrepreneurs to become successful (Staniewski, 2016). Thus, this module learning emphasized on communicating effective information about entrepreneurs to the learners. One of the major strengths of this learning module is that it communicates the basic difference between businessman. I have learnt that the primary responsibility of an entrepreneurs is to brainstorm new ideas and launch into the market to meet the evolving needs of the customers. Furthermore, I think apart from theoretical learning, this learning module also focuses on case study-based learning. Case study-based learning gave me a practical overview of entrepreneurship and its concepts. On the other hand, the module learning emphasized on self-study. I struggled while I was going through the case studies because it was very difficult for me to communicate with faculties immediately in order to clear my doubts.

In addition to this, I think creativity is an important factor of entrepreneurship. While answering case study-based questions, I have gathered creativity this is how I have accomplished one of my personal goals during the learning session. On the other hand, productivity while working under teams can be marked as one of the important aspects of entrepreneurship (erneviit&Strazdas, 2018). I failed to develop team work skills because in this module learning sessions, I only focused on theoretical and case-study based learning and have not attended any group activities, workshops, seminars and brainstorming sessions. Thus, to improve entrepreneurial knowledge of future students, the module makers should arrange for group activities and brainstorming sessions. This can help future learners understand the process in which they can leverage their skills in order to innovate and launch new product/service in the market.

Expertise
I have gathered various creative aspects during this module learning session. Creativity and innovation are factors that fosters entrepreneurial culture (Edwards-Schachter, et.al., 2015). I think I can leverage skills and knowledge effectively to shape my entrepreneurial future. Initially, I want to use my creative skills to contribute to the organization where I will get placed after ending my course. Contributing creative skills can help me to become an effective part in my workplace and it can also help me to develop my career. This is how I can use my expertise in the professional field. On the other hand, creativity can also help me to become passionate that can further drive me towards entrepreneurship. Furthermore, knowledge creates sense of awareness among individuals (Leonardi, 2015). Thus, it can be said that starting my career in an organization can help me to gain insights about industry, changes in industry, customers and their evolving needs. While I was learning this module, I understood that various risk factors are closely associated with entrepreneurship. Due to the pandemic, market volatility has increased and various external environmental factors are having major impact on the core activities of firms across the world.Therefore, it can be said that critical analysis of various business sectors can enhance my personal growth and can help me to become confident. Then at the later stage of my career, I want to use my experience of working in order to start a new venture.

Conclusion
The main of this report was to reflect upon my learnings on entrepreneurship. The report concludes that the learning process has helped me to gain insights about entrepreneurship, market conditions and change in needs of customers. I have also understood that entrepreneurship have gathered popularity in recent years because it has reduced unemployment and corruption and have contributed to the economy of various countries significantly. The gathered knowledge can further help me to grow personally, become confident and aware of the current market conditions which will further help me to think about starting my new venture.
