- A brief methodology: Provide details about what type of methodology you will choose such as quantitative or qualitative or mixed methodology
- Clearly identify secondary data source(s) and data that require for your research; also identify the methods and tools that you will use to analyse the collected data.
This is an individual research task. As a Masters student, you are required to engage in research and demonstrate your understanding of the relevant body of works that have discussed recent developments in a discipline and/or area of professional practice. You are also required to demonstrate knowledge of research methods applicable to a real-life business research. We expect you to read and reflect on at least ten recent refereed journal articles on your topic supported by any other evidence or information that can help identify the problem of your research and the methods of data collection and analysis.
In addition, as a part of topic presentation, all on-campus students are required to discuss their project topic and available secondary data during the tutorial sessions in front of other students. You are also expected to provide constructive feedback on each of the group members' project. Distance students will do the same activity in the online discussion forum of the unit Moodie site. This Conflict Management Assignment describes the misunderstanding and disagreement that can result in perceived need and resources. The conflict can occur due to contradiction of decision. Conflict can happen due to the lack of clarity for responsibility. This can avoid the situation, responsibility, and role of the team members that can state clarity. As mentioned by Rahim (2017), Members of the organization can have different personality that has a crucial role in resolving the conflict. Conflict can happen because of an interpersonal issue in the organization. The major reason for conflict is a lack of resources like money and time. This can cause conflict between the members and member to compete with each other. Conflict can happen because of the disorientation of personal goal of personal and goal of the organization. This can result in rising to conflict and raise interest. Individual may fight for the person that can hamper the success of organization. As mentioned by Colombo and Del Vecchio (2015), conflicts in the organization can be due to inter individual factors. This can create conflict and can raise the breach of manager for the norm of organization. Interpersonal conflict between employees can cause relational conflict. Clash can also happen in team members because of different opinions and the way for completion of work. Hence, the proposed project will focus on adopting of different strategies in order to avoid different types of conflicts within a business environment.

Secondary research performed on this Conflict Management Assignment includes data and information that have been gathered in primary research. In this manner, it will help in the process of focusing on a large population, which is not possible with the help of primary data collection method. Secondary method will be used for gathering data that include four steps that are identification of domain and the data can be acquired, gathering existing data, data can be compared from different resources and analyzing the data. Researcher can look for the related topic that can save time for finding all the data and no important information is missing. Researcher can normalize the data that can be analyzed easily. Researcher will gather the information by finding and moving forward in the project. (2015), the topic of secondary research can have different stages and have creative process. Secondary research can provide answers that are uncertain and have answers. Researchers need to verify the credibility of the data. Data like statistics and report are needed for verification of credentials. Summarizing and copying the information can be identified by secondary research and the value of project is concerned.
