Regent Group is working towards transforming its technology as well as the infrastructure of its system as a part of its developmental strategies. The Regent Group made the decision to move the courses provided by them online due to the nationwide lockdown. They have acknowledged that technology is a very useful tool that has helped companies in their growth and for some companies; technology has also turned to be drastic within their change management. Regent Group has also sought relevant insights from their expert colleagues that work across HE and along with that they have also collected the responses from their colleagues for identifying the appropriate approach that will help them in their development of a digital learning approach that is centred around the students (Dey et al., 2020). Regent Group is focussing towards providing a proper quality of online teaching to the students and along with that they also want to take into consideration how they will be able to transform their learning landscape for the students for creating an inside-out experience so that the learner becomes capable of taking ownership regarding their experience their education. It is crucial for them to develop the learning of the students for their future. As there is no agreed benchmark at present regarding the usage of digital technology for delivering courses of higher education? The nature, as well as the scale regarding digital learning used for providing support regarding an experience of education for the higher education students, has been an important matter that concerns various organizations. Thus, terminology like online learning, blended learning, digital learning, as well as remote learning is taken into usage in an interchangeable manner for describing the educational experiences. This leads to confusion among the students as well as the staff as well as result in the variation in the quality of the learning experience digitally.
Competitors, target customer market, and external influencing factors
The major competitors of the Regent College are Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, London School of Theology, Earlham College, Western Seminary, Asbury Theological Seminary, Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, as well as Tyndale University.
The target customer market of Regent College is parents as well as students who are opting for their higher education. Regent college recognizes that the location plays a major role to choose a college for higher education by the students (Donthu et al., 2020). So, they developed campuses in locations of London, Wembley, Southall, Kingsbury, as well as Harrow. They also target experienced teachers, thriving communities, as well as inspire the learning resources. Regent college targets students from every age group.
The external factors that influence the Regent College involve political, economic, social, technological, legal, as well as environmental factors.
The political factors that influence the regent college involve public funding as well as foreign students. Various higher education institutions within the United Kingdom get a certain amount of public funding (Gil-Gomez et al., 2020). Through this funding, the government tends to subsidize the price of education. The government of the United Kingdom is lowering its educational budget that is posing a problem for the institution in the future. Another political factor is foreign students as the United Kingdom is a global hub regarding higher education. Regent College tends to attract various students from foreign countries. Political disagreement might lead to a reduction in the number of foreign students.
The economic factors that influence Regent College are the debt of students as well as a weak market for a job. As the number of graduates fails to pay their loans, it makes higher education less attractive. Another factor is the weak job market. Due to this factor, Regent College might not be able to attract more students.

Acceptance of debt is a social issue as well as an economic issue that tends to affect on attracting students to college. Students now prefer a relevant experience more than higher education that tends to affect on attracting students.
The technological factors that influence the business of Regent College are online alternatives as well as augmented learning. Online alternatives that are present currently help in the fast improvement of the students and from online platforms students are also able to get hold of various educational materials (Newman et al., 2020). Augmented learning acts as an opportunity for Regent College to improve its quality of providing education to the students and have a proper learning experience.
The legal factors involve compliance with the latest legislation, changes in opening hours of school, as well as rising the age of the students for leaving the school or college.
The environmental factors that influence Regent College involve proper waste disposal as well as other factors (Raza et al., 2020).
